I recently moved to Verizon from AT&T (not by choice, but what a huge mistake). My brand new Samsung S24+ can't get a reliable 5G signal at either home or work (zip codes 12158 and 12210). According to your coverage map, both of these areas should have Ultra Wideband service. My AT&T service was significantly better and cheaper, even with an older phone. Why do you even have these maps if they are not accurate at all? I am shelling out close to $80/month for your "unlimited plus" plan, which is not delivering on what I was promised.
