So I've been going through the worst customer service experience trying to get this free Xbox after signing up for the 5g internet plan.
I signed up during black Friday for the deal to be able to get a $200 amazon gift card and a free Xbox. (I also had issues claiming the gift card but was still able to claim it)
I've waited the 65 days to be able to claim the offer, but no offer appeared on my account. I called initially to see what's going on and they said they were having stock issues and upgraded me to a Xbox series X. They said they would fill out a form and i would get an order co formation in 5 days. No email has come.
I called today and this most current sales rep said that I was never eligible for the Xbox despite multiple people telling me for weeks that i would get the Xbox eventually.
I also posted on reddit to try to get some help from other customers who have experienced these issues, but honestly I do not know who I can reach out to to fix this. Currently I'm waiting for a call from a manger at 9pm to hopefully get this resolved.
Just overall really frustrated with Verizon customer service.
