I have Fios and Pay for the Sports Package and ACCNX is not streaming on my computer

I have Fios TV with and pay for the Sports Package, but I am unable to Stream the ACCNX on my computer.

I have made FIVE calls to customer support and to date have not reached anyone who can fix this issue.

When ESPN asks me to select my Carrier (Verizon/Fios) and I log in, I get the message that I Don't have the Sports Package. Funny to me, because I am Paying for it.

How do I get this Error fixed?

Verizon, Please Help me Fix this problem.
