Help Account Soon going to Collections

Hi, my account is about to go on collections since I was laid off and couldn’t pay for a couple months. I am able to pay in a few weeks but can’t make any more payment arrangement to pay what I fully owe. I don’t want to go to collections what can I do and who can I talk to about it. Thank you.
