Wireless set top box disconnecting

I just had Fios installed about a month ago. I have 3 set top boxes. One downstairs and 2 upstairs. My second box in the back bedroom is constantly disconnecting, multiple times a day. I know it’s obviously the connection but it’s almost the same distance as the other box up there and that one has zero issues. Is there a way I can fix this? I’m pretty technologically stupid so please be gentle.

The best connection is a wired one. If there is coax or ethernet in the room you can use that to connect the box. If not try moving the box to another location, or moving the router s bit and see if the signal quality improves. If not, a WiFi repeater that can be wired to the box is the next best thing.
