I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED. I bought a SIM card for the BYOD and received it in the mail. However when I go to register my account there is a website error. I have spent 2 hours trying to get help or report the problem, but they will only help if you have an account. I even called and it hangs up on you if you don’t have an account. I eventually found this forum in hopes someone will see this and be able to help. I switched from another service provider because they were very difficult and I was hoping Verizon would be better. Seem not a great start.
