Verizon rebate not recieved

Hi,

I purchased verizon home plus internet on 12/21/2023 & still have not received the below.

1.XBOX - Showed initial shipping by 1/12 and after first follow up agent told will receive by 1/25.

Second follow up agent informed wait till 1/31.

Third follow up agent informed wait till 2/5.

Fourth follow up agent informed it was already delivered on 12/26.

Not sure if I am going to receive it.

2. Verizon $50 gift card. I was provided additional $50 based on my address. Again i haven't got any details on how to submit the rebate.

Please help resolve.
