We had our whole home Fios WiFi installed over a month ago and still have cable wires on our lawn. Supposedly there is an open Job ticket at Verizon, but no one has contacted me at all, even just to say "we will be contacting you" No response whatsoever. I don't want to have to dodge cables come spring when we are on our lawn tractor.
I would not have ordered this service if I knew this was going to be an issue. No one, including the team who installed the inside Fios internet, told me this was going to be an issue.
I may just go back to Spectrum WiFi. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
