We have had the Home Fusion internet access for roughly 10 years. According to the Verizon web site 4G home internet is not available to upgrade to at our location. Home Fusion works well while we are under 15G cap. After that is almost useless, very hit & miss. This is our only source of internet access. We blow through 15G's within 4 to 5 days. Every time Windows does an update the data is eaten up in less time. We don't even try to stream anything. Our main use of the internet is for banking, e-mails, health care and online shopping. My question is why can't their be an exception to the Home Fusion service to remove the mobile hot spot treatment since this service is not mobile at all?
