Late summer 2023, quantum fiber completed their installation of lines in our neighborhood, I quickly noticed a decrease in cell service in and outside of our home. I have always used LTE and had a strong 4 bars of service, but after the quantum install, I no longer have 4 bars, normally 2 and now I have to be using Wi-Fi if I want to have any kind of speed with my iPhone. I have never had to use Wi-Fi at home, I called Verizon and they of course said we don’t see any outages in our area. I find that funny because I have never had any issues before they installed quantum. If I drive a couple miles away from home, I have a strong 4 bars and LTE. Verizon even suggested a Wi-Fi extender, why would I need that, I never had to even use Wi-Fi prior to the neighborhood quantum install. I have not changed any equipment inside my home. Verizon needs to acknowledge there is a connectivity/compatibility issue between them and quantum fiber.
