How to I.D. the numbers with #DATA - Data Used

I noticed my wife (who is the primary account holder on our Verizon account) has two options to select when checking #DATA - Data Used. The first option is titled Home #(with 4 digits following it). Is this 4 digit # an assigned number, something asco. with our account#? The second option is titled Other with 3 digits separated by a dash and another digits. How can I identify what those numbers go to? I do not have this second option on my phone. How do I find out what that second option the 6 digit number is associated with?
