Was sent another old 5g router

I was having problems with my old 5g router dropping connections constantly throughout the day and Verizon ensured they would be sending me a new one. The router I had was the ASK model and I thought I would be getting the new ARC model. Does anyone know how I could receive one from Verizon?

DrewB79, of course I want you to have the best connection possible. Based on what you shared, it does sound you've worked with us on the issue and a replacement device is being sent. Have you recieved that device and installed it? If so, has things improved?
