If returning a device after 30 days, does the 30 days start at when it was delivered or ordered?

So if the date of delivery was 11/28/2023, the last day would be (90 days later-per Costco agreement-different than regular) VZ) 2/26/2024, 90 days later?
If your device was purchased from Costco, we would have to recommend confirming the eligible dates of return with Costco. Costco's return period of 90 days if different than the Worry Free Guarantee period offered by Verizon of 30 days.
