I would like to leave a 10star rating to Jermaigne who I jad the pleasure of chatting with on verizon chat! This man went out of his way to help me and to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Then I briefly lost the chat and found my way back to him and I have to say, this was the best chat experience ive ever had with any verizon agent. Thank you.
