Paid for $10 daily travel pass as I am travelling to Bahrain. Arrive and despite full bars and 5G / LTE I get absolutely 0 internet service anywhere. Unable to troubleshoot because cannot access MyVerizon despite having correct password and pin authenticated, it tells me account is locked and prompts me to rest password. When I try to reset password it tells me "We're Sorry, we're unable to process your request at this time". This continues happening for a day. Because of this endless loop, I cannot contact a verizon rep or schedule a call or access the digital chat support feature when contacting support. None of the customer support numbers are getting me anywhere. So I am abroad with no ability to contact any verizon representative to troubleshoot my issue OR EVEN LOGIN to my verizon account despite correct credentials. TERRIBLE experience abroad with seemingly no help or support.
