I just moved into a new construction home and the tech came out and stated he could not do his job because the utility pole was across the street and he would not set up a temporary connection until the construction crew comes out to run the cable underground which can take months. I’ve seen temporary connections all over the county for new construction and in the Verizon blog I see temporary connection were setup. Can someone from Verizon escalate my request. I work from home and need access to high speed internet asap.
