HELP!
My Fios worked beautifully. I was able to manage my router and parental controls easily. The app was disabled but I cannot log into the new one. I have spent over an hour with tech support to no avail. I can log into the desktop version so it is not my account. But, I cannot log in to the app. Additionally, the Verizon Assistant chat is having technical difficulties and when I use the desktop site, I cannot set up parental controls.
At this point, i am ready to leave Verizon for my home needs. Can anyone help?!?!
