As of yesterday I cannot see any call log on my account. It has stopped on Feb.21,2024

Is anyone else having this trouble too? My message log barely works too. It`s so behind on message log and call log. Basically both has stopped. The call log has completely stopped on Feb.21.2024. I even called Verizon yesterday Feb.22,2024 and they said that the tech team is working on it.

Same!!! So glad it’s not me thinking something is wrong in my head. I think it’s behind today when I checked it showed all of 2.21 and like 2-3 calls from 2.22. Frustrating!

It is. It’s still behind. It’s only showing Feb. 22 but not all of the message and call logs. It’s so frustrating. I’ve tried the Verizon app and the website and it’s still not showing anything.

the only change i have made was to verify my email address on the app and when i did it said it had already been verified.

We discovered there was an issue with the usage results via the My Verizon online account, but an update was made yesterday, 4/18/24, to fix the issue. Call log has stopped again as of May 31,2024 at 9:00am Central time

Mine stopped working as well on May 31st. I have no idea why. I’m not 13 days out from my billing cycle. Let me know if you find a solution.

my iPhone app shows last call 31 May 24. Same on computer login to Verizon.

Same happened to me on Aug 22...came back until 2 days ago. Started missing calls and today all call logs and message logs are missing. I called in to technical support. They couldn't see a problem but turned in a ticket.

Nothing. I continue to be without any logs for any lines. So aggravating to not have anyone that seems remotely concerned.

If you are having this issue, please let it be known. Call...chat or notify Verizon somehow. This should noy be happening this often. They need to take notice and do something.

I have had this issue multiple times. And the message log is never complete either

I haven't been able to see my call or message log details either. It started on 9/3/24.

This happens.every so often and Verizon never know anything about it. It's so frustrating because when it starts working again those days will still be blank.

It happens every time on the first of the month when bill is paid and also when billing cycle ends on the 13th of the month. And then sometimes in between.

I recently have developed this issue. I am unable to view my recent call and message logs on any line I have. I can view the ones from previous billing cycle but before I could see them in real time within a few hours

Same issue here. No call logs since the beginning of this month just the log through the 10th on my statement. Almost a whole month of not being able to view call log in real time. This is ridiculous and needs to be corrected. I have kids that need their phones monitored

I have not been able to access call logs for a year

Have been having this problem for the last 3 days all you get from Verizon is they are working on it

I've posted several times asking for help. I need to monitor my call logs as I have children and multiple lines. I have been unable to do so for nearly an entire month. Every time I try to view them I can only see each lines estimated usage currently but I cannot see any of the details. It shows me data for those lines in percentages and that's all. I can view the previous months bill and that's it.

I need resolution quickly. I am a 12 year customer and I'm tired of waiting for it to be repaired.

This has been going on for the last month. Still not fixed. One of the many reasons I won’t be upgrading and staying a Verizon customer.

I've been going round and round with Verizon about not having the ability to see incoming calls on my phone log (call history). It's important to do this because someone is annoying me in the middle of night - rings once - then hangs up, knowing my landline won't show anything on the caller ID for a one ring. This is why it's important to know who is calling. This is part of my phone service and I shouldn't be paying for something I can't get!! It's been more than 2 months now. Hey Verizon, don't offer something you can't deliver!
