I’m trying to activate my newly bought Verizon iPhone 15 Pro Max + Apple Watch Series 9. When I bought the phone online I chose the option of “keep your current phone number/transfer your current number from another company to us - Verizon”.
I can’t even sign into my Verizon account that I just created because my Verizon phone isn’t activated. I just need to port my current phone number to my new Verizon phone.
I tried to hit the “CONTACT US” in the Verizon app and it won’t let me use the text message chat option, even though it’s opened 24/7. I tried to use my laptop, same issue.
