after speaking with many Verizon reps over 6+ hours Ashley fixed my account activation issue. She deserves extreme kudos for fixing my issue. My only question is why doesn’t every person at Verizon know the trick she knows? It would have avoided a lot of wasted time on everyone’s part. Huge props to her!
