Hi. I’m sorry that you had to go through that. I am going through through a similar horrific ordeal the past 3 days now, and counting… I had to Google how to get in touch with their Corporate, because Verizon working wouldn’t give me their contact info. This is ridiculous, and the amount we pay for the services.
