We reached out in january after being unable to redeem our offer for switching to 5g (home pod or $200 verizon card). I reached out and they were unable to help said elevate the issue and someone would contact us. 2 weeks go by i reach out again. We end up with a $55 credit and being promised in 3 weeks an email with a giftcard for $333 would be sent out. Again.NOTHING.
