Microsoft Authentication fails

Running into a weird issue when I am on my 5g service. that when i try to sign into any service that uses microsoft authentication, it just sits and times out. example, if I go office.com, it then opens to to https://login.microsoftonline.com/ and spins.

if I disconnect my 5g and connect my charter it works instantly. I did a factory reset on my router, and it seems to work in none bridged mode, worked for a little while after the factory reset, but today is doing it again. support said they cannot open a case to trouble shoot this.

I would use non bridged mode, but that causes me some different issues with working from home.
