After months of waiting and numerous unsuccessful attempts to get this resolved with Verizon, I filed a claim with the BBB. THAT finally got their attention. Within 2 hours I had an Executive rep reach out and within a day had the Xbox shipped to me. Problem is it's the S Series, not the X. I feel cheated after going through this hassle. To make matters worse, I can't even get a hold of the Executive rep. His number heads right into voice mail.
The promotion is for an X series and that's why I went through the trouble to sign up. I could have bought the silly Series S and avoided this headache!
Anyone else have this happen to them? Back to the BBB to file a second complaint for deception!
