I really would like to know how to contact corporate office. My experience has been rocky for a new customer. I reached out before my phone was due on chat to set up a payment arrangement, I was told by the rep that they couldn't because my bill wasn't due for another few weeks and my phone would not cut off. They even told me they would notate my account. A few days later my phone was off. I reached out and was transferred from customer service, to financial services, then to billing, then back to financial services where a rep said that she couldn't process the arrangement and co-transfered me with billing. Billing was able to confirm that financial services is the only department that could assist with the arrangement inspite of my account being new. He instructed her how to override and said she would need a supervisors approval. She then disconnected with him and put me on hold and told me she approved my arrangement for 3/9/24 and my services would not be interrupted until then however today 3/1/24 it is off. Her exact words were "No Worries your account is good until the 9th". After hanging up she did not notate the response from billing and falsely notated the account saying she informed that she could not extend. I would like for a member of corporate to review the call with the last agent and listen to the end where she warm transferred me and her promise that my bill was extended and the payment arrangement was set.
