Damaged underground boxes throughout senior gated community

Within the Doves Landing gated community in New Tampa (Tampa, Florida) there are many damaged

underground boxes. Our community is made up mostly of senior citizens in Doves Landing. Several

homeowners walk their dogs. I'd hate for someone to get hurt, and consequently Verizon become

liable for their injuries.
