I am extremely frustrated! I have been going back and forth with Verizon about my $200 gift card since July, 2023 and I am STILL waiting for my card! I have made close to a dozen phone calls, my case was "escalated" in Sept, 2023 and each time I called to check the status over the next 4 months, I was told it's pending and I should receive my card soon--I still have not received my card.
Then, when I called to check the status again a couple of weeks ago, I was told "it's too late to receive my card and once the issue has been escalated there is nothing else that can be done." The representative went on to say "looks like you are due for a phone upgrade, we have some special offers I can share with you." What???
At this point I am furious! I told her she must be kidding and told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me.
This isn't right! I have been a loyal customer for many years and it's only right that Verizon honor the deals it offers!
