I have a set up a schedule to block certain devices (e.g., TV, switch, etc.). When I attempt to delete the schedule or modify the time or day, it does not update. It doesn't matter how many times I do it, it will NEVER save after I hit Apply.
I have the same issue and have had it for a long time. Now, I can’t even get into the parental controls. I get an error message to try again.
I have the same issue. So frustrating! I’ve managing parental controls now directly on the router because Verizon app doesn’t work.
