In December, I signed up for Verizon home internet under the promise of receiving an Xbox Series S and a $200 Amazon gift card. However, over two months have passed, and I have yet to receive either of these items.
Despite multiple interactions with your representatives, including a call in January where I was informed that the Xbox Series S was out of stock and would be restocked by February 12th, I have not received any follow-up or resolution. Also, I redeemed the Amazon gift card on January 25th with the expectation of receiving it within 3-5 business days, but it has been significantly longer than that.
To make matters worse, when I followed up with your team, I was met with contradictory information, with some representatives claiming ignorance of the Xbox promo altogether.
I feel misled and deceived by this promotion, which appears to be nothing short of a sham.
