If you have any Apple devices I would really recommend just getting AppleCare, Support just sends you to apple anyway even with the device being obviously not in working order. Then they will want me to go to another store to have them look. Nothing like wasting 60 a month for horrible customer service and even worse over all support. Just save time, effort, money and frustration.
