I've been without service for approximately 24 hours now, for what I can see as no reason. I had a past due balance that I paid yesterday. (Still had service during this time.) I notice about an hour or two later, my service goes away. Assumed it was maybe an outage of some sort or a mix up and my service would return. This persists all day. Evening comes and I find an automated system to call, it says I need to pay my past due balance of "zero dollars" to restore service??? The system even verifies that I paid my account earlier in the day and I have an e-mail receipt.
Everywhere says it'd take 15 minutes to an hour to restore service but it's been 24 hours now. I can't log into the system on my phone because it won't connect, even on wi-fi. I can't sign into the website or help chatroom because I can't receive the verification text and was then locked out of my account. Any phone number I try usually takes me to an automated system or tries to log me into My Verizon on my phone, which it then can't connect to because it won't work on wi-fi for some reason. I'm at my wit's end here. How can I go about getting my service back?
