I unfortunately was late on my bill and was finally able to pay it to reconnect my services. I paid the entire bill off, received a text message stating that my wireless services have been restored. However, for 2 days now, I still cannot call out, receive text messages from non-apple phones, etc. I've been on the app and website and have clicked the reconnect buttons for my devices. It states that I've been reconnected and will take up to an hour to work but to no avail. My devices still state they are suspended.
I've tried the chat bots and it keeps telling me that I have a balance of $0.00. This is rather frustrating as I need this my services for personal and work. Is there anything I can do?
