Am I able to use my Verizon in the following locations?

I am going on a cruise next week to Puerto Rico, Saint Thomas, Saint Maarten, and Grand Turk. I do have Travel Passes available, but I’m wondering if that will work in these locations? A couple of them are US territories so I’m also wondering if I’ll need the travel passes for those places or if my phone will work as normal.

I will not be using my cell service while on the ship but want to use it while on land. Mostly just trying to avoid any additional fees!

Puerto Rico, St Thomas, VI-US will not require an internatinal plan. St Maarten and Turks and Caicos will use your Travel Pass. You will receive notifications when you arrive at your destinations alerting of arrival.
