This has been the most frustrating experience ever! I’ve called multiple times to get the credit applied back. The call center is no help. First rep said there was a glitch in the system and reapplied it but she never did. I called again two days later and the rep said Verizon never received my device but I told him I had the email from Verizon confirming its arrival. I gave the rep the email information and the IMIE number from my trade in phone for him to find it in the team that assesses the device. I waited over 20 min for him to come back and say he couldn’t get a hold of that team because they are too busy and would have to put a claim in which took another 15 min didn’t give me a confirmation number or anything. He said it would take 3 days for the credit to be fixed and now I’m on day 7 and no changes. My phone status when I track it still says shipped. Nothing has been updated! I need my credits applied or my phone back and this contract cancel because this is extremely frustrating to deal with. I feel like I’ve been lied to and robbed!
