I have a new construction property in PA and am looking to sign up for Fios Home services. Unfortunately, given that it is new construction, the address is not in the database. When calling Verizon, all agents insist that I can only get LTE services at my location. However, all of my surrounding neighbors have access to Fios services already.
How can I get a hold of someone in engineering who can complete inspection and have our address added to the database?
Second question - typically Verizon installs their ONT on the exterior / side of the home. Is it possible to have Verizon install the ONT inside of the home (in the basement) - so that no boxes or equipment are exposed outside?
