I got a Verizon Jetpack MiFi 7730L from Amazon last August and I've been using it sporadically when I have to work on the go. Over the last week I've realized the device was restarting rather frequently, and today I've noticed the back was popped and the battery is swollen. I contacted Amazon regarding the issue but they said the product has passed the return window and I should contact the manufacturer at this point. I don't this this is something to be expected for a rather new product, so I'd like some advice/support.
