Contract Buyout

I switched from ATT to Verizon earlier this year. Last week I got a bill from ATT for almost 1000$ saying that Verizon didnt buyout the rest of my contract. I have tried multiple times to talk with someone from Verizon and each time they have hung up on me. This has been distressing and unprofessional.

same to here in Sandy , UT, I contact them almost 15 times with 10 hrs but never get this 500$ I switch from Comcast and they never call back !!!!!

MMh I have never seen that offer from Verizon buying out the equipment device form past carrier!!
