In December 2023, I reached out to Verizon Business to setup an account. After MANY hiccups (and against my better judgement), I signed up. The salesperson promised that the two iPad were completely free due to their current promotion. Fast forward to March 2024 and still no promos applied except $100 off each iPad. I have the email from the salesperson but no one can accept emails. I have called numerous times. In the beginning, it was, “I can see the promo but it will take a little while to go into effect”. Then, it was, “I did a promo error correction because the promo was only applied to one iPad’. Now, it is “We don’t see the promo”. In addition, now, I get put on hold and hung up on. No one calls back even though they always ask for “the best contact number in case we get disconnected”. This whole experience makes me feel like Verizon participates in fraudulent acts.
