I’m so frustrated while trying to upgrade my phone! Could not get address changed and did not realize that you can no longer sign UPS slip to leave the package. Now they have received the phone back and I still can’t get a new one and still of course billed for phone I never received!! I’ve been with Verizon for 20 years. Their agents have tried to assist but can’t!. I can’t believe it’s this hard to cancel and get a phone. After this I will be leaving Verizon
