Can 8800L jetpack work in WISP mode to a router

I want to know if anyone has been able to connect a MiFi8800L using wifi to connect to a router to support 7 people.

I'm using an Edimax VR-6478AC V2 router that can use wireless internet service provider (WISP) mode to receive a WiFi signal from Public/Private networks then broadcast the Internet using WiFi to users.

The 7 people will be preparing simple tax returns and printing out the completed IRS & State 2023 tax forms.
