Cancel NFL Sunday Ticket

Hello,

I need assistance cancelling NFL Sunday Ticket. I received this through a promotion and want to cancel it before it Auto Renews. I have tried the online chat feature and the service assistant couldn't figure it out. I have tried to do it by following the steps Verizon says to do but that doesn't work either. Assistance would be appreciated!
