I initially ordered 5g home internet in December during the Xbox and gift card promo. Due to a processing issue the order didn’t get placed. When I realized it hadn’t gone through I spoke to a very nice care rep that finished the order and submitted a promo correction form and assured me this would help in getting the Xbox and the Verizon gift card.
Yesterday I was informed, after I spoke to another rep that the form was rejected and that they would not honor the offer.
looking for help to get this resolved as this is not a fair business practice. I’d really like to avoid the BBB route that others on this thread have suggested following
This promo issue was on top of being told that my wife’s line would be eligible for the $200 promo port in credit which was also rejected. I was going to activate 2 more lines plus add a second 5g home service but at this point I am feeling like it would be better to just eat my losses and switch everything back to T-Mobile…
