I bought a new iPhone 15 Pro and I am unable to transfer my phone number. I completed the side-by-side backup next to my old phone. The Verizon chat but is extremely useless and very frustrating not being able to talk to a real human without waiting forever. When I go to setup eSIM it says I'm ineligible to transfer. YOU SHIPPED ME THIS PHONE THAT I PAID FOR, how can I not activate it. Extremely frustrated.
