I returned my 5G box, because it was sold to me as comparable to my Roadrunner service, which runs at 300+Mbps. The 5G box rarely broke 20Mbps and maxed out at about 50Mbps. I later saw that this is the expected max speed. I was completely misled on this. And even though I returned my box within 30 days, you all are calling me to collect on the bill. I have been on the phone with you for an hour now, and you can't get into my account!
If this is not resolved, I will make an FTC and state AG complaint about deceptive business practices. I will contact the FTC about the call to my cell number.
