I would like to know why my phone has a message on the screen saying saying my Verizon has stopped and is getting to the point where I don't want to use this phones or the company associated with it...
What is the make and model of your phone? Haven't seen others reporting this recently.
Jack115, we want to make sure you get the help you need with your My Verizon app. Hiccups with the app sometimes happen, but I'm sure we can get this fixed. You can try uninstalling and re-installing the app and restarting your phone as the easiest troubleshooting steps with a high chance of success. If you let us know what phone you have, we can give you specific steps to doing this.
