I verified employment through ID.me and was able to link with my Verizon account. When I go to add the discount through the link I keep getting an error that "we cannot continue your order at this time" and to contact the local business office. Phone and online support are not helpful. Meanwhile, I continue to be billed at a higher rate. The only reason I got the gigabit bandwisth was becasue of the teacher discount. Not looking forward to comcast, but they have to have better support than this, right?
