I work from home and VPN to work. I currently have a 500 download speed but with Verizon it will be only 300. I am the only user, do you believe that will be an issue? Previously, at my other home, it wasn't. But I just want to be sure.
No, that part will not be an issue. I've ran Teams calls and other work VPN stuff on a 7/1 DSL. Downloads and things are slow, but you'll be fine.
It won't be 300 all the time, but it's plenty for what you are asking.
It is always good to know your options to make sure that you are able to use your internet for work. In this case, with 300 mbps you wouldn't have any issues to connect to your work. Let us know if you have any other questions.
