There is a Verizon in ground utility box in our front yard that has continued to cause damage to the surrounding area including the sod and sidewalk. The box is constantly flooding and overflowing into the yard, across the sidewalk and into the street. As a result it causes the sod to be constantly water logged which causes mildew and the sidewalk is slick from the buildup of run off from the box. The later is a safety hazard to anyone walking on the sidewalk. As a result of the constantly flooding, the box is well below the turf line.
