I need to know how to migrate all of my Verizon Cloud content to a different cloud service since attempts to access my Verizon cloud have been unsuccessful and Verizon support keeps emailing me to tell me my issue has been resolved when it it has not. I've decided to end my 25 year cellular customer history with Verizon and go with a new carrier and I want to close my cloud account, but only after I remove all info stored there and migrate it to another cloud service. Maybe then, Ill be able to access my data that Verizon keeps disallowing.
