Verizon is pulling payments out of a saved payment method I have on my end. They have done this 2 months in a row. No auto pay is turned on and last month they said they removed my checking account from their end. They’re saying because I have a saved payment method in my account for when I pay my bill, they can pull the money out of my account without me doing anything. Has this happened to anyone else?? I have a saved payment method on my electric and water bill and they aren’t pulling money out without me hitting submit?
